Fans of Dream Theater will really dig this band. They perfectly nail that synth/distorted guitar blend that is so wonderfully satisfying. At times the tracks get a bit too chaotic/messy, but there's still so much to love here and the first six tracks are simply incredible. These guys have me excited about the new generation of prog. And now I really want to be their singer, hahah. zacH

Totally missed this in 2020. Seen Polaris live in Wiesbaden with Northlane before this album was released, the performance was crazy. The Death Of Me is a great addition to modern Metalcore. Catchy hooks, sweet melodies, heavy heavies and feely feelies. Pray for Rain, Masochist, Above My Head, Martyr (Waves) - all bangers. Production quality has been improved too. I'm not listening to much core these days, but this album should not be missed out on. David Fischer
